Maybe I'll prove myself wrong but I have been putting off watching this again. I only saw it once before. Did really care for it when I was originally released. Don't get me wrong, I love the almost mythological atmosphere of the real Titanic but the romance was a little to thick for me. Anyway, John Eldredge uses this movie in his conferences to demonstrate how God uses movies to talk to audiences. That intrigues me since I will be looking for symbolism that I had not been looking for before.
